Hello everyone,
I achieved my basic STCW95 in 2019 (at that time I used my passport).
Now I am taking my navigation book and I need a refresher because they are expired.
Unfortunately in Italy no one will allow me the refresher because they says that I achieve the STCW95 in a different country (England).
I am studying for RYA certifications.
I found something on-line something about “Liberia flag approved training” are they recognized from MCA?
Any suggestions?
