They could have done that months ago. We had cadets on the TS State of Michigan mid-June and had no issues. USCG should’ve had a plan in place to deal with testing by April or May. If they needed social distancing rent an arena, they were vacant then. Forcing mariners to put their life on hold for months while they got their act together is not acceptable. This cycles back to the USCG’s refusal to test via commercial testing centers. They want to keep control then take control and do your job!
