So has their suspicion increased the last 5 or so years? I remember my low DP number, and how those numbers accelerated after 2008 or so.
Depends a lot on if your company was popped for having fishy DP time claims or not. But yes, overall they seem to verify applications a lot more now, and it’s only going to get worse with the continuing ed training we have to do.

That’s the way time was counted before 2012 when they changed the definition of a DP day to ‘a day with at least 1 hour on the DP desk while actually on DP’ and started requiring company verification letters in addition to the signed and stamped logbook.
I never personally saw it either so maybe it wasn’t true.
