Went ashore Djibouti one night with our captain and he got a little sideways. The launch driver was sleeping on the dock on a cardboard box and wouldn’t wake up to take us out to the ship. The captain starts the launch and tells me to cast off the lines. I wouldn’t do it as the jails there are not very nice. Thank God the launch driver finally wakes up before we were wanted for piracy for stealing a launch.
