What exactly does “all of my credentials” mean?
Where are you from? What’s your prior work experience? Tugboat experience? What’s your education? Do you have mechanical skills? Computer skills? Do you speak a second language? Do you play a musical instrument?
What sort of schedule do you want to work? Day rate expectations? When are you available?
If you have a MMC with a STCW rating of II-4 check with agencies like Core group or Atlas they might be to get you some work .
