The best information out there should be from your own crew. I you are a AB or OS and ambitious enough to start working toward a license, the licensed personnel on board should help you. They’ve been there. If they don’t, then you have proven to be a waste of their time, and that fact will not be hidden by coming to gCaptain and assume this community will pick up that slack. It is very easy to find the information needed, provided your ambitions are driven to results. There are many people here that will fill in the grey areas, as there are many. But, as far as the black and white stuff…you better find that on your own, it is part of the process that will turn you into the type of officer that will not only be productive, but wanted my many.
