MERPAC holds their meeting in the same location (New Orleans) later in the same week (TSAC will be Tues/Weds, MERPAC on Thurs/Fri.

With both, the first day is for working groups. Less formal, but it’s where the work of the committees gets done. You don’t have to be a member to participate in the working groups.
