With all due respect sand pebble, you are an exception not the rule. Most folks, retarded or not, have encountered pitfalls during any and all transactions with the NMC. I’ve had some personal successes and some blunders much to my chagrin. I have deck and engine tickets and let me say, it was far from seamless half the time.
Now i do try to pass on what i have learned to make it easier for the next guy. Some friends of mine who repeatedly ask the same questions because they don’t like the answer i’ve cut off. A lot applicants mileage may vary. There is some luck involved, drawing a good evaluator. I felt at one time, they are not looking for reasons to approve your app, they are looking for reasons not. Not every transaction is straight forward.
