I hear your direct sarcasm … but take it you are not pissed … 
Per one of the TV channels report, the vessel was ready to depart on Monday (10th June) and this court order and arrest was a couple of days later. Wonder if the plaintiff’s tried approaching the owners for reasonable compensation and were blown off and they had to resort to this route.
Would be interesting to read the USCG report when they publish.
