3rd A/E’s at MSC just received an increase in their retention. It is now 50% of their base pay! Yes, 3rd’s are still getting stuck working over, but now there is a 60 day redline and they are required to pay you off. With the new retention, hopefully this helps ease some of the relief issues.
Looks like pay went up across the board, with retention now being averaged in accounting for the majority of the increase.
$247/yr for 2/O with up to a $51k sign on (or retention) bonus, it went down from $65k.
Some positions, the bonus and retention went up, others went down a little bit.
