Merchant Mariners Physical-Houston area?

Here goes with my very first forum question.

Does anyone have a clue where we might arrange for a physical in the Houston/Galveston, Texas area? I have only found one place, and you’d think we’d have tons since this is a port town. Thanks in advance!

A local clinic should be able to take care of you. Just bring in a copy of the physical form and show it to the receptionist. You may have to make 2 trips, 1 to bring the form in and make an appointment (due to the extensive form) and 2, for the physical itself.

I was using the old form but I just walked into a small local clinic & it only cost me $40.
