Hey. With the new Annex VI Emission restrictions 200nm around the US. Is August 1st the date for all areas? And what are the exact fuel restrictions? Also will Low Emissions Fuel be available to commercial vessels in the Gulf??? Help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
