Ok. But just to be clear, I was citing a 3A/E who worked on a LNG carrier - the crown jewel of pay at the time. I don’t know what 3A/E’s made on tankers, bunkers, stick ships in the 70’s. Yeah, pay’s been deflated as others have posted.

Shell has a handful of Americans. Or they did as of a year or so ago. I only knew of mates there though, no engineers
A few Americans are working on LNG. I explicitly stated regarding 3ae pay: “the range I state is for container, oil tanker, LNG, and some ro-ro.” These would be MEBA.
