Agree, to read the equipment manuals can be very useful. It is never too late to study and to become an apprentice. In my situation, I’m attending trade school outside of philadelphia to get skills and knowledge needed become an engineering electrician. I am enrolled in a 7 month program to graduate and work for electrical contracting. Contractors are going give you wage based on what you know.
