Good Afternoon Mariners,

We have an entry level deckhand/boat operator position available on our M/V PUGET 104’ debris vessel that cruises the Puget Sound clearing hazards to navigation in our federal channels.

Small Craft Operator position $25.47 to $29.71 per hour. Duty station Lake Washington Ship Canal, Ballard, WA. Travel 50%. 4 10 hour days M-Th.

Outta curiosity does one need to reside in Seattle or would living up north(Anacortes area) be feasible?

If he said “Travel 50%”, I’m assuming you can commute to the job.

About half the time we are in the local Seattle area and the operators commute. It is up to you if you would want the long commute.

Do you guys have part time?

$50,000 a year, plus federal benefits, for 4 days/wk and home every night, for an ENTRY level deckhand. Sounds like a great opportunity.
