Actually there is a big lesson from this small thread. One guy from a company posts two jobs and his personal email. He sifts through the responses and fills the position in a few days. It is really that simple and way more respectful than a massive HR-powered system.
Yeah I like it that way. I was offered one of the positions. Which is great for someone living in Maine and not having the ability to walk into these OSV company offices and apply. He gets a great employee and he gets one fast. thanks Gcaptain
