Resend new PDF that I can verify opens on Mac / iOS / Windows 7 and 10. 14 business days to confirm receipt. 7 more to find out they can’t open a PDF.

I started my renewal process 9 months early because I knew this company is a problem.

I’m willing to bet the metric they report as part of their contract gets reset when they kick back an application for additional information, and thus the timer gets reset and they can report good stats.

This is INSANITY.

Maybe he meant Insight Technology Solutions LLC which is the contractor that runs the NMC?
