I’m not too happy with presidential pardons but at least he’s not letting convicted, non-repented child rapists, child killers & 9-11 terrorists off the hook like his predecessor. Also different from his predecessor, Trump reaches across the aisle to release both Republicans & Democrats free. I’ll never get over the f’ing Democrat Godsend Biden sparing the 9-11 masterminds after Biden voted to send so many Americans to their deaths to catch them. Santos is a joke. What happened to the 9-11 architect was beyond a travesty. An unforgivable hypocrisy.

They always get you for overstaying visa when your in prison in foreign country.
He arrived as a legal immigrant as a 9-month old toddler, together with his parents who became US citizens (as he would have, if not for the wrongful sentence).
He served >40 years in prison for something he didn’t do, but that is not enough to cover for a sentence for sell a small amount of hasj, or Marijuana to school friends?
Deport him back to India, where he has no close family and network, but commute the sentence for a convicted fraudster who pled guilty to wire fraud and aggravated identity theft charges in 2024.
According to Trump his only good merit was; "At least Santos had the courage, conviction, and intelligence to ALWAYS VOTE REPUBLICAN!”

IMO, this is so true. President Biden accepted a sweetheart plea deal in the last months of his administration to spare the lives of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash & Mustafa al-Hawsawi, the architects of the 9-11 massacres. The same terrorists he ordered +2,500 Americans to their deaths to catch. He then commuted the death sentences of 37 federal inmates but left the 3 remaining inmates who he considered “right-wing” to die. None of his Democrat followers, not on this forum at least, had any objections. Child rapists, terrorists & children killers get free life time passes to club fed with an unlimited legal defense fund from the ACLU to ensure their exceptional quality of life & not a peep from the “D” followers. Like birds of a feather you say?

The ACLU is not part of any political party and famously defended Rush Limbaugh when he was charged with drug offenses during the Bush admin. Also, it wasn’t a D it was a T that got convicted sex trafficker Ghislane Maxwell transferred to a minimum security club fed where they are forbidden from serving time. There is always hypocrisy in any administration but this one is beyond hypocrisy and is now into illegality as many of the judges he appointed are ruling.

But from what I can recall, when Biden was giving a free membership to Club Fed to the architects of the 9-11 massacres & voted a green light to the death trap to American Service members to catch them, the stupidity blind Democrat followers were mute. What if it had been an American citizen that faced this kind of injustice, would he be entitled to some kind of compensation?
