I am a recent academy grad and have applied for a third mate position with transocean. I submitted an application electronically as well as sending my documents in the mail to houston’s HR. I still have heard nothing back and I really want this job!! any suggestions on what to try next to land the job??

Well if you havenʻt heard back yet the sad truth is they probably donʻt want to hire you. There are many mariners out there with DP experience probably applying for that same job.

Stupid IPad. Sorry, I meant to ask what their salary was…
let us know if you get the job. i always wondered what it would be like to jump off a bridge
I used to do that with the kids when we would jump off the bridge into the creek. Sometimes we would float down the river. Sometimes we would go up the river. But always it was without a paddle.
