Yes that is the way. Reuse of the Condeep building dock at Kishorn, Scotland.
Put to use for green recycling of ships and offshore structures.

The reason why I’m mentioning this is that my cabin is near the place where the ship was laid up for more than a decade (no, not that cabin):
