I read this book many years ago. The Jews( or jewish tribes) and the populations living there were butchering each other for thousands of years. We will never ever see real peace there unless one will kill the other.
You can not solve the problem, which is deeply rooted in religious beliefs , vengeance and/or retribution. You can not reason with people who claim they are special God sent and who claim their land was God given.
One can not build on religious myth aspecially in XXI century. One can not negotiate with folks who can not tolerate any criticism , judgement or opinion ,which they may not like and who immediately label the critics as antisemite. Which is a stupid argument as all living there are semites .
You can not even open your mouth saying you do not like something and immediately some Zionist will tell " you sucked antisemitism from your mother tits" . Some people can get fed up whith such attitudes.
