G7 Meeting in Canada

Did you notice the “No Kings” demonstrations all around in the US lately?
It was all over the news all over the world.
Even on Fox News (but with a different take from the rest world media)

Your understanding of how modern Monarchies function in general and the history of the Norwegian Monarchy specifically, is sorely lacking. (surprise, surprise)
The present King is very popular in Norway:
Monarch hailed as a 'moral authority' - Norway's News in English — www.newsinenglish.no
He is still active travelling at 89. He and his Queen (87) has pledged to make official visits to all 356 municipalities of Norway, (still a few to go)
PS> They are presently at Svalbard: Arctic News - #630 by ombugge

The King have no political, but he and his family representing Norway all over the world, which gets more attention than if an elected Ceremonial President of a small country like Norway come visiting:

His Grandfather, King Haakon VII was actually elected by the people of Norway when Norway broke away from the Union with Sweden in1905 (7th June)
