I have applied for my 3rd assistant unlimited with NMC since jan 2013, and still waiting for my letter of approval. All they say is that they are awaiting for approval of my overseas sea time from the headquarters and its being ongoing… I got my MMC and my QMED endorsement on bases of my overseas seatime. How long do I have to wait, or how can I contact the headquarters to get going?
