For those unfamiliar Poole is the home of the Special Boat Service. Publicity shy and definitely not the people you want to be offside with.
It was actually Police ARU and Counter Terrorist assets that were in the exercise, rather than the SBS; they were busy a few years ago though - UK ‘SBS’ special forces storm tanker and detain stowaways in Channel | Reuters
