Who does floating windmills get listed on AIS?
Here is an example. The first test windmill positioned outside Utsira, Norway since 2008 and still in use to test out new technology in full scale:

They have been having a lot of problems at the world’s largest floating wind farm.
A lot of the problems with floating wind have still to be figured out, mono-piled turbines are still a lot more reliable.

Any major problems reported on the Hywind floating wind farm that is also off Scotland?
