I am a cadet from SIU in the apprenticeship program and I am trying to get my Masters endorsment for a 100 Ton License. Can I use my second phase sea time of 94 days that was on a ATB Tug?
How does your certificate of discharge or service letter describe the position you served in?
I plan on completing the program but be a captain on my off time.
