FYI, Delgado has posted their classes for the first quarter of 2016, and has openings in the Leadership and Management class.

They also have grant money for Steersman, and Vessel Security Officer classes, in case anyone is looking for them.

Thanks H2O, I am planning on taking the vso class and some others. I will check their website.
