I am a MEO-3 certificate holder from Bangladesh.I already have 23 months sea time as an Engineer Watchkeeping Officer on Foreign ships engaged on international voyages.
Now I would like to appear MEO Class-2/1 exam.
Can anyone please guide me how can I start processing for that?
N.B:I’m a citizen of Bangladesh.

Canada may count your seatime, but they don’t count your or anyone’s license. If you immigrate then you can (maybe?) have the right to write the exams again. There might be a certain time that you need to be a resident, not sure. TC makes it very difficult for people to get licensed here who don’t come through our system. There’s a man with his unlimited master’s licence from UK who is a deck hand for BC ferries, because he’s not able to transfer. Our system (probably yours, too) is based on their system, so you’d think that would be fine… but nope.
