Wondering what is most commonly found on ships with regard to DETEX or other types of watchclock devices/systems. I am researching this for my ship to keep the roving watch accountable and ensure spaces are being checked on a routine basis.
Particularly interested in cloud based apps that could be used on a palm pilot or common-use cellphone. Prefer low cost for start up without having to purchase a considerable amount of hardware or installing infrastructure.
So far I’ve looked at QR Patrol, and a couple others.
