Centerline(LEO marine) SIU question

Does anyone have any insight on the current SIU agreement at LEO marine?

The scuttlebutt is that the company is not promoting employees and paying employees a lower pay scale if they are not vaccinated. When an employee approached a SIU representative about this violation of the contract they were told “LEO marine dumped SIU 4 months ago”

Any info would be appreciated.

I’ve heard similar things about vaccinations. Also, the scuttlebutt i’ve heard is they have a CBA but are in limbo due to various disputes. The company wants the SIU, however the employees do not, nor did they vote on it either.

I’ve also heard they are currently getting benefits thru the company.
