Hey everyone, just wanted to put it out there that I’ve started a message board at www.canadamariner.com as a place for Canadian sailors to exchange information on Transport Canada exams, work, etc. I’m not trying to take anything away from gcaptain as it’s surely the best professional mariner forum around. I just wanted to start something for Canadians as there are very little resources for us working on exams towards higher certificates etc.
I’ve received some great help on these boards regarding some exams I took but it was obvious there aren’t many active Canadians on here.
Anyway, if anyone is looking for help on Canadian mariner issues, they could check out canadamariner.com and maybe get some help.

I urge your to reconsider. Perhaps you could ask gcaptain to start a Canadian Mariner forum section. I really enjoy learning about the Canadian maritime life.
