Harvey doesn’t want any of the small boats. I believe they will be rid of them in the very near future. I believe the only thing Harvey would want from Laborde is the three bigger supply boats.
The only thing Harvey would want from Aries are the newer (4?) boats they have and the two in the shipyard. So that leaves old tonnage and lift boats, don’t think Aries would go for that.
Harvey already sold 6 of the 205’ DP 1 boats to Adriatic Marine.
Figure they offer these bought-out outfits a percentage of ownership if Harvey goes public, in addition to whatever they pay for boats? I can see incentive to sell out, as that’s pretty obviously the most likely plan there. Market share, then go public. I’m rich bitch!
