Theres something afoot. One of the tug/barges tried to get underway last Wednesday from Caddells. Traffic stopped them cold. They sat until Saturday, then shifted up to Lay Berth in Newark. Another unit left the layberth and went down in Kills to load berth.
So they are running but not much. It appears they are running “Inland” so no ABS Loadline is required. Not sure about tugs SMS and such. Very limited operations. Hopefully Justice and DHS will keep clamping Mortys nuts in a vise. Something that has been sorely lacking for about 30 years IMHO.

Heard they just got re-issued their DOC.
