Bad Work Experience on a Superyacht

You didn’t mention you were looking for help, just ranting about wealthy people’s partying habits on their own boats with willing guests.
Just exactly what kind of help are you looking for?

Just getting a few stories from the old Nabila would be cool.
I worked with a guy who was the mate on board so heard a few.
The windows opened so you could get from cabin to cabin without anyone knowing…

Here, I know a couple spending some years on the ‘Nabila’.

They married during their time on Nabila; she was a nurse on Nabila’s operating room, he was an engineer downside.
They have many stories to tell, but they never speak about something looked for in this thread.

They probably knew, booth, where they were hiring and they just liked to see the world…

Why can’t you chill. The forum is what it is, a forum open to anyone who wants to comment and contribute. There’s a lot of stupid BS like this thread of course, but it doesn’t mean that meaningful opinions are lost in the shuffle.

We could sail away
Or catch a freight train
Or a rocket ship into outer space
Nothin’ left to do
Too many things were said
To ever make it feel
Like yesterday did

Yada, yada, yada

While reading that I had the sensation that I had a George R. R. Martin novel opened.

I just feel terrible for any prisoners, mental illness patients or homeless people who share strong physical appearance characteristics with any of the 5 agents who have been sentenced to death for doing the crowns bidding. If I lived in Saudi & looked like any of those guys I would go get a face tat of my name on my forehead asap.

If this thread is legit, I don’t know why the O.P continued with the job if he/she is not comfortable with this kind of thing? I worked in Nigeria & North Korea for as long as I could & quit. I didn’t stay on longer than I could handle & try to change Nigeria or NK. That’s stupid thinking.

I had a chat with an very attractive American woman in her 20’s on a flight out of Bahrain. She had spent 6 months living in a palace harem and had been paid 120K for her services. She said she’d lived in a wing of the palace with about 40 other women. They spent their time working out at a palace gym and shopping while chaperoned by palace guards. They were occasionally summoned to another part of the palace where there was a disco to entertain guests. She mentioned that when she arrived for her 6 month stay, she had to surrender her passport per her contract and it was returned to her at the end of her 6 month stay. Brave girl.
I was once offered a 6 month contract to fly relief missions in Africa. It all looked good until I learned I would have to surrender my passport for the duration of the contract. I passed.
