sailed the old boat for university of Hawaii to Honolulu after 1 eng. rbld in panama and 2 months in dry dock in Portland, gawd!! any of you have ever done that? yikes!!, but not all bad and i’d prob do another tour there (short) but not out of dry dock. and yes, I finally got thru all the security stuff and made it onto this forum, it was for me a months long evolution and I look forward to reading what is going on here… I now want to work in the oil patch, (I think?) hiring should be good over Christmas no?
