Are Scandinavian countries Socialistic or Capitalistic?

Why not? With a commercial pilot licence you should have no problem finding a job in Norway.
Besides, the working language for Pilots are English, as it is in many Norwegian companies in the Offshore, Shipping and High tech industries.

One of our sons just got stranded for two days on the last leg of his return trip from Malaysia.
First his flight from Oslo to Ålesund on Friday night got cancelled because of shortage of pilots. After spending a night at an airport hotel he was put on a flight to Trondheim with connection to Ålesund, only to get stranded in Trondheim due to pilot shortage.
He got two choices; either fly back to Oslo for another night at a hotel and an early morning flight to Ålesund the next day, or a 6-7 hrs. bus trip Trondheim - Ålesund.
He picked the last and got home at 2100 hrs. Sunday evening. (Back to work Mondayt morning)
PS> The trip OSL-AES took longer than the flight KUL - OSL via Doha.

Not only Pllots are in short supply:

And don’t forget short working hours (37.5 hrs./week) and 5 weeks paid holiday/year to go sailing on the fjords.
