What ever Trump said to Modly is immaterial but the relationship between the Commander in Chief of the military and the military is set by the President alone. That Modly thought that he could go onboard a warship and call the Captain stupid in front of the Captain’s subordinates says more about the administration than anything else.

The problem I have is that anytime anyone points out the incorrect, inaccurate, irrelevant rambling it’s labeled TDS. You might see it as “every single little small insignificant thing,” but the rest of us are just sick of being told bullshit to our faces.

Besides in no way answering the question, he suggested antibiotics used to cure viruses. They never have, that’s not what antibiotics do, ever. If my rig was on downtime and I gave that sort of rambling non-answer on a daily update call I’d never be invited back.

Your post is a great example of what TDS is not. It was a level headed criticism of what you see as a problem with how Trump conducts himself on a given topic. You were able to express your criticism without coming off like a poumpous, self absorbed prick attempting to promote an obvious agenda. Not all have that ability.
I find your argument reasonable and agree Trump should let the Drs. on the team speak to the details on medical issues.

Direction is pretty obvious, as are the complaints. The Trump Administration punished the CO of a ship not at war who was later diagnosed with the sickness he was trying to protect his crew from. And when the Acting SECNAV showed up on his quarter of a million dollar flight (at least it was r a golf trip) he showed a completed lack of leadership, competence or compassion. His boss - the WH - didn’t fire him but was in a position to do so, so was negligent. But they did place an undersecretary for the Army to fill the vacant position because the Constitution requirements for the Senate to ‘advise and consent’ don’t mean anything to dictators.
But sure, mr I need proof, the President only handles golfing, so there’s really no reason to think he is or should be involved in anyway. Just like Obama and the pallets of cash to Iran. You have no proof of that, or Obama’s specific involvement but you seem to believe that myth.
