I would appreciate you guys if anyone know the case of an application to renew Merchant Mariner Credential being denied or granted with the person been first time convicted of “Drunk in Public”.
I was hard working last trip. In the first my vacation month I was arrested for violation that 647 ( f ) California Penal Code. As far as I know it’s not the NDR offense. I have a court in September 19… I’m not a drunkard . It happened first time in my life when I was walking after the Friday party…I think the police makes a good money for county when they catch people like me.[U][I][B][/B][/I][/U]Thank you very much
