As for kings, remember the cry, “The king is dead. Long live the king”, meaning whenever a king dies his heir is immediately the king ad infinitum. They are hard to kill off.

I would not mind to have a monarchy. We had once. We would dress him in the fancy clothes, buy him a horse driven coach studed with diamonds , nice high heeled shoes. Have some King’s guard in nice fancy hats ( I love the British style with black fur hats) - I do not like their shoes . Seem funny to me . It is good to have the King with his kingsize …you know what, and Queen whith her kingsize vagina producing a nice flock of tounge sticking brats . They are so adorable. We will have more parades and soldiers marching , heels clicking , mobs watching in fascination , long live the King shouts and all that stuff. Lovely.
From time to time we can have a spectacle of chopping his head off with gillotine , sword or a huge axe if we find him wrong or He would be a traitor. Life will not be boring. Thus we would be a part of the bigger family of nations with Kings and Queens and their royal brats. Would be more respected while they ride horses, play cricket , betray their wifes and spread the genes in kingly fashion.

No case has been brought against him, but his Mother removed him from active Royal duties. He does NOT hold any position in the pecking order to become King.

Prince Andrew retains his lawful place in the line of succession. He ranks behind William, William’s children, Harry and Harry’s children. The laws of succession are not easily changed because all realms (eg Australia, Canada UK etc) must enact their own laws which all produce an identical line of succession.

He upholds the constitution by enacting into law, bills passed democratically. He acts on the advice of his PM, but retains the right to be consulted, to give advice and to warn. His powers are exercised by a Governor General in other realms.
