I’ve been studying for and plan to take the exam soon. Lately I’ve been using a phone app called “Mariner License Prep” which has a total of 3,061 questions for 3rd A/E Unlimited including all sections. When I asked the app developer where the other questions were I was told that after 2014 the Coast Guard uses a much smaller and refined question bank and the 3,061 question included with the app make up 80% of what the Coast Guard will use for the exam.
Does this sound legit or should I look elsewhere for my studying needs.
