Look it up at the NMC website. That crossover should be relatively easy.

There is no specific “crossover” you have to meet the same requirements for Chief Limited as any other applicant:

5 years of total service in the engineroom of vessels, with at least two years of this service
as an engineer officer while holding an engineer officer endorsement. Thirty months of the service
must have been as a qualified member of the engine department (or higher).

Time that meets the above that was used for any of your current endorsements can be used again, but you still need to meet the recency requirement for at least 3 months of the time used being in the last three years.
