What do yall think about OSG? What is the union like with them (I’ve never worked with unions)? I’m interested in ATB’s, I realize the tug market is flooded right now but would like to pursue it anyways. Have 2nd mate/1600 ton master no towing endorsement or PIC. I’ve already applied, just looking for first hand experience with them. Thanks.
You might get on as an ab, but doubtful. You are missing 2 things they need a Towing Endorsement & pic

Without either the Mate or Master / Towing or PIC you would be starting as a OS Cook. They used to have a Mate Training Program but I am not sure if they still do.
