I don’t know anything about WSF but know a bunch of you have strong feelings about it. How accurate is this article?
I’m not up to date on WSF, but as I read it, it just says that 50% of the officers will be eligible for retirement within the next 5 years. There is a big difference between being eligible for, or actually retiring. It seems to me that many mariners chose to keep working for a few years longer rather than retire.
