Can anyone recommend a NY lawyer for maritime wage theft and overtime pay? Most lawyers I contact do personal injury or represent owners, not employees.
Contact your union agent, if you are union.

Thanks, but I’m not in a union.
Unless you, and a bunch of other employees are owed a lot of money, it’s unlikely that any lawyer will be interested in the case, on contingent fee.
The State labor department might be helpful for free.

You may already be aware of this, but based on your statement
maritime wage theft and overtime pay
I will just point out that the law generally exempts seafarers from overtime pay.

Contact a labor attorney, in some cases penalty wages could be significant.
