US mariners on foreign flagged ships

Are there any US mariners working on foreign flagged ships out there and getting paid to American industry standard?

I speak fluent Russian and trying to find a niche in the industry where a Russian company might hire American officers, etc.

Any ideas and input very much appreciated.

Alaris Companies …they are the crewing agency for Exmar/Excelerate energy. Its MEBA union jobs and they will put you on LNG steam vessels. They are great ships to work on and they are Belgian flagged with a mixed nationality of crew…Ukrainian being one of them
