Updated Atlantic Storm Warnings – The Beat goes on!

The intense North Atlantic storm with hurricane force winds to 80Kts was centered near 44N/45W at 1200Z today (Feb 5) and moving NE at 10kts but should slowly diminish over the next 48hrs.

A new low developing over the US Southeast will also deepen rapidly moving off the Virginia Capes by Saturday morning with storm to hurricane forces winds and seas also forecast with this one as well. This system is causing heavy snow and even blizzard conditions over parts of the US Middle Atlantic States.
