I’m curious if anyone has experience working on tugs in UK ports or rivers. I’ve heard a lot of conflicting reports about the industry over there (I’m in the states, but considering relocating to the UK).
What’s the schedule like for tugs in UK ports or rivers? How’s the pay compare? Is the work drying up, as I’ve heard some say?
Anyone have first or second hand knowledge of tug work in England or Scotland?
