[B]Tropical Action Swings to East Pacific
Wednesday July 4, 2012[/B]
A disturbance over the tropical eastern North Pacific has been upgraded to TD 04E with winds of 25-30 knots noted southeast of the center. TD 04E is located several hundred miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico and is forecast to reach tropical storm strength later today as it moves west-northwestward.
