Where can I find Companies that are doing ocean towing , open or coastal that are using Tractor Tugs is there Alot of companies doing this , ?

I think the Starlight division of Harley Marine Services does a little as well.
dunlap uses the James dunlap to tow between dutch and sand point in AK occasionally, but i think western is pretty unique in using ASD for line haul work (port to port). (at least in the northwest)
The James doesn’t toto standpoint anymore. They might do a tow to the other side of the island every week but that’s only about a 2 hour trip.
