This has been a great thread. Can someone point me to a TWIC office thread? I live in Seattle. Today I went to 4123 4th Ave South (as instructed by TSA over the phone) to get my TWIC and there was nothing there but COSTCO and Starbucks. I went to the old address at 4634 East Marginal Way Street and every office I went to in the office building said that TWIC Enrollment moved out. I went to the Eagles Hall in Georgetown and that is now a Harbor Freight Tools store. I asked at random machine shops, an industrial drive shaft company, and the Washington DOT in Georgetown where I was assisted by a very helpful secretary (at WASHDOT) whose son had signed up for the Army at a government building in the area and thought perhaps it was the same one. We did some Google searching at the desk, but could’t come up with the right address. Since the Everett TWIC Enrollment office is housed at the Port of Everett, I thought why not call the Port of Seattle. A dispatch operator helped me out, but directed me back to East Marginal. I asked TSA for the third time for the address (in case I missed something) and the operator said that the Seattle TWIC is definitely at 4123 4th Ave South - no notes were listed - no cross street - no building name - no local phone number (the new office supposedly opened in December 2013). I called PMI Seattle to see if any of the students have run into this problem (no clues there yet). Tomorrow I am going to drive up to Everett (1 hour) and get my TWIC (yes I am going to risk it without an appointment).
If this wild goose chase wasn’t ridiculous enough…I was on a bicycle…riding around the industrial area of South Seattle for almost 3 hours with my birth certificate in my bike bag…and nothing. At least it wasn’t raining.
Perhaps I missed something right in front of my face…and then I can be the stupid newbie of the month!

OK I truly am the “Stupid Newbie of the Month”, but someone ought to profit from what I learned.
The Seattle TWIC Enrollment center at 4123 4th Ave South Seattle really does exist. It is hard to see since the addresses run perpendicular to 4th Ave South in the Starbucks parking lot (just north of Costco). There is a Burger Madness, Teriyaki & Roll, a space for lease and TWIC in the back.
The Everett TWIC Enrollment center is NOT at 401 14th St., Everett. Instead it is on Terminal Ave by the guard house in a portable (or prefab) and is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday according to the security guard. To locate Google Map: Everett Ave and W. Marine View Drive. Heading west Everett Ave becomes Terminal Ave and the entrance to Port of Everett terminal with the guard house and TWIC Enrollment center at the bottom of the hill.
